There's always something new to see at the New York Aquarium. Stop by Sea Cliffs to visit Brooklyn's biggest baby—Pacific walrus calf Akituusaq. Catch one of the daily feeds for sharks, penguins, walruses, and sea otters. And don’t miss the lively Aquatheater training demonstrations, starring Duke and his fellow California sea lions. Educational Programs
Embark on an after-hours family adventure at the Aquarium. Bring your littlest ones for Toddler Marine Science and other hands-on programs in our classroom. Sign up kids and teens for fun after-school workshops, including the new CSI: Marine Unit. Read more about our Teen & Children's Programs.

 

The Aquarium is open 365 days a year. We open at 10:00 a.m. daily, and closing times vary seasonally. Admission is $12 for adults, $9 for children ages 3–12, and $10 for senior citizens (65 and older). Children under 3 years of age are admitted free.

Temporary Closures
Conservation Hall is closed to the public for renovation until summer 2009, but the new amphibian exhibit and Glover's Reef in Main Hall will remain open. During the week of May 12, the East Walrus Pool is closed for maintenance work.
